What makes a company tick? Growth.
And what makes dreams possible? Work.
If you wake up in the morning eager to start the day becoming a part of the success stories of startup companies, this is your job listing. If you have your morning tea or coffee with a side of analytics, keep reading. If you want to work for an agency that values working smarter over working harder, that’s-a-bingo. And if none of this truly excites you, click here.
As a Growth Lead for Truly, you’ll be finding out first hand what makes some of the most exciting ideas in the world grow. You will be having discussions with C-suite level executives and leads from different functions such as marketing, sales and customer success; good communication and documentation skills are key.
Your day-to-day will involve deep-diving into analytics, finding out what works and what doesn’t, documenting it, and acting upon the data accordingly. We are looking for someone analytically minded and systematic in documentation, but also willing and able to vocalize their expertise and creative ideas to clients. If selected, you will be joining a team of some of the best growth hackers in the world, but you’ll need to be a self-starter. As stated above, we prefer working smarter over working harder.
Having said that, while we take the work very seriously, we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Freedom to work from anywhere, quarterly villa trips, group dinners, a team with a solid sense of humor peerless only to their work ethic, and monthly bonuses depending on output set us apart from other agencies. What we lack in handholding, we make up for in excitement and job satisfaction.
