Growth Trainee (paid position)

We're launching a trainee program for people that want to get to work with VC-backed startups. You'll work with our growth hacking team, running growth sprints, aiming to validate a product-market fit.

This is an opportunity also for people that are still early in their career, but have talent and eagerness for designing business growth, take leadership and push a team forward. And last but not least – who are ready and willing to work to earn success.

This is a trainee role where you start by supporting our team in various roles. If you show your worth, there will be an ongoing position!

What we expect from a candidate:

• Weekly reporting and documentation on Google Spreadsheet. If you absolutely love Spreadsheet documentation, you’re in the right place
• Advanced knowledge of one or more of the following: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Analytics, Hubspot and Pipedrive
• Previous startup growth hacking experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• Highly capable in learning from analytics
• Highly capable in prioritizing, organizing, and delegating tasks
• Proven understanding of lean startup processes
• Experience and skills in maintaining ongoing client communication with no bullshit attitude
• Great skill in setting up OKR’s

Specialized skills in at least 1 of the following areas:

• Writing marketing materials
• Designing layouts
• Setting up and optimizing PPC advertising
• Coding and web development
• Sales development
• Data analytics

Salary:

During the 6 month onboarding period your salary will be 2000 € per month.
